Trademark notice

The films on this site are independent work by OVERSHOOT. No company commissioned them.

The five films

The films show Excalidraw, Actual (Actual Budget), Univer, Node-RED and Webamp. We made them on our own initiative because we like these tools.

• The names and logos of these projects belong to their respective owners.
• OVERSHOOT is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them.
• The interfaces shown were captured from the open-source apps running locally, filled with fictional sample data. Any people, companies, tracks or figures shown are invented.
• Webamp is an independent open-source re-creation of the Winamp player, which was created by Nullsoft. The Winamp name and the look of its classic interface belong to their owners. Node-RED is a trademark of the OpenJS Foundation.
• If you represent one of these projects and would like a film changed or taken down, email hello@overshoot.cz and we will act promptly.

The OVERSHOOT name, logo and the films themselves are ours. Please ask before reusing them.

Fonts: Unbounded, Inter Tight, Instrument Serif and JetBrains Mono, under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 (licence). Scripts: GSAP (Standard "no charge" licence) and Lenis (MIT), see the notices.
